StorHub Miranda
Project Description
Total Construction successfully completed our first project for StorHub, their first construction project in Australia – marking an exciting milestone for both the client and our team.
Following an early contractor involvement process, Total Construction completed the design and construction of a 12,600 m², four-storey self storage facility, including the partial demolition and retrofit of an existing structure.
A key feature of the build was the consistent structural progress, with formwork cycles achieving approximately 1,000m² every 3 to 4 days, helping maintain program momentum. Supported by strong coordination between trades, the team worked through challenges to deliver a high-quality facility comprising 842 storage units.
Beyond the build itself, the project demonstrates our capability in delivering large-scale self-storage facilities and establishes a strong foundation for our ongoing relationship with StorHub as they continue to expand in the Australian market.
