The recent facility fit out works Total Construction carried out for European Catering was conducted with utmost professionalism. From the first initial contact, working with Total Construction’s, Food and Beverage Division has been a pleasure. Total’s approach to being along for the journey with their clients was both true and beneficial. Numerous meetings were conducted regularly and professionally to ensure that every party was on the same page and up to date on details. Throughout the process Total supplied our organisation and myself with comprehensive designs, advice, quotes, scope of works, and the rest works conducted was to the highest standard. In closing, European Catering is delighted to have the opportunity to work with Total Construction and hope we have the pleasure to work together again at some stage in the future.

TOTAL Construction successfully completed the design completion and construction of stage 1 of Central Park’s Central Thermal Plant (CTP) and Tri-generation facility. Being the first of its kind in Australia for a mixed precinct, this project was highly complex and had many challenging aspects from commencement to completion. TOTAL Construction ‘stepped up to the plate’ and produced a high quality, reliable plant, which now serves over 1,400 apartments and 13,500m2 of retail space. TOTAL’s attitude, commitment and willingness to provide a quality outcome for all stakeholders is one of the reasons why we awarded the second and final stage of the CTP to TOTAL Construction. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.

I choose to work with Total for their standout knowledge of the Self Storage Industry, they have the background and the experience, and I have dealt with them for a number of years in other businesses and as an owner for several builds and projects that are currently in the pipeline.
