Angel Storage

This is our second major collaboration with Angel Storage. This new facility will span 16,334m² across five levels, including ground-floor office space, and is expected to be completed by September 2026. Given the site’s flood risk, the design incorporates a comprehensive flood mitigation strategy with dedicated flood storage. Located on busy Parramatta Road in Lidcombe, Western Sydney, the facility will feature a bold design with precast concrete panels and aluminium elements, reflecting the Angel Storage brand.

The ground conditions around pier locations remain uncertain, but proven treatment methods and reuse of site-won material for backfill will ensure stability – particularly beneath the office areas. To minimise disruption in this dense industrial area, materials handling and concrete pumping will occur primarily within the site. Footpath hoarding, gantries and traffic control measures will be in place to manage construction impacts effectively.

By leveraging the existing facility’s concrete slabs, we’re able to fast-track early works. The design also reuses existing stormwater lines, sewerage infrastructure, and high-voltage electrical supply – delivering both cost and time efficiencies.
