This state-of-the-art StoreLocal self-storage facility in Berrinba, Queensland marks a significant milestone for both StoreLocal and TOTAL, as our first collaboration.

We’re excited to share a milestone moment in our journey! In 1994, TOTAL embarked on our first Self Storage building project, a collaboration with Kennards Self Storage, in Erina NSW. The success of this build paved the way for over 100 projects across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and SA, solidifying a strong partnership with Kennards Self Storage.

Lending his 30+ years experience and expertise, TOTAL’s very own Senior Project Manager David Alessi hosted two panel discussions on the main stage at 2024 Sydney Build Expo on Wednesday.

We were thrilled to be part of the recent opening celebrations for BlueCare’s upgraded and refurbished Toowoomba facility in conjunction with the Australian Government, proudly delivered by TOTAL.

We’re delighted to share the completion of the Storage King Woolloongabba facility in Brisbane.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.

We proudly present the successful delivery of the Woolworths Metro Mosman project. Doors opened for trade, unveiling the stunning preservation of the historical features, revitalising the six heritage listed shops.
