Pathways Program
The TOTAL Pathways Program is a paid, full-time, two-year opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience and professional development within a structured program, whilst complementing academic studies.
This structured professional development program, exposes Cadets to the foundations of construction management over a 24 month period.
Through the completion of 13 modules, on-the-job training and mentoring, TOTAL Cadets gain valuable technical skills, knowledge and insights, paving the way for our next generation of leaders.
