Halcyon Rise Leisure Precinct

Total Construction was contracted to deliver a vibrant new leisure precinct within Stockland’s Halcyon Rise Lifestyle Community. The facility is designed to enhance the recreational offerings and lifestyle experience for residents. The facility is structured across one level and comprises of two interconnected buildings as well as a swimming pool, sports facilities, an adjacent car park and a network of connecting paths.

The precinct incorporates a range of quality amenities tailored to support active living and wellness. These include a function room, kitchen, media room, lounge areas, library, gymnasium, creative studio, salon, wellness treatment rooms, sanitary amenities and various communal spaces to encourage social connection among residents.

Total Construction employed waffle pod systems and structural steel framing to construct this facility, ensuring a strong and efficient building foundation. The team also used a steel roof structure finished with Colorbond roofing and cladding.

Due to its location within a live Stockland residential community, the project demanded meticulous planning and precise coordination of trade and machinery movements. Total Construction worked closely with stakeholders to minimise disruption to residents and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism throughout the build.
