This project marks a significant achievement for TOTAL, the successful delivery of our first Data Centre project!

Completed to the highest standards of safety and quality, this state-of-the-art facility incorporates innovative solutions for efficient cooling, robust power infrastructure and advanced security.

-Total GFA: 16,000m²

-33 megawatts capacity

-9 Data Halls + a Level 1 Office

-11km of Cable Tray throughout

-12 External Generator Units for uninterrupted backup power

-593 Precast Concrete Panels (Buildings & FP1 Retaining Walls)

-508 Tonnes of Structural Steel

-6,000m³ of Concrete poured

-14,115m2 of Roof Structure

-Advanced Mechanical Cooling using chilled water pipes and chiller units

-Working closely with the Power Authority to produce purpose-built substation ensuring reliable power supply and future-proofing for the next phase of development.

Key Safety Achievements:

• 511,647 hours worked
• 2,350 construction workers inducted
• LTIFR: 2.0
• 625 HSE Inspections completed

Managing the complexities of high-voltage assets, we implemented a comprehensive energisation procedure, ensuring workforce safety during power-up. To maintain high safety standards, we introduced site-specific high-risk inspections and permits for critical activities, including:

• Energisation & Electrical Safety
• Crane Lifts & Lifting Operations
• Excavations
• Demolition
• Traffic, Plant, and People Interactions
• Working at Heights

Our robust safety culture, fostered by our site team and subcontractors, was key to our success. We celebrated this with monthly recognition awards for those prioritising safety.

Collaborating with the client’s consultants, we ensured smooth planning and permit process, avoiding delays. Through strategic staging, we progressed construction while finalising design and aligning with global standards.
