TABULAM + TEMPLER HOMES FOR THE AGED’S NEW SARONA WING VIC

Situated amongst abundant trees and commanding magnificent views of the nearby Dandenong Ranges sits Tabulam+Templer Homes for the Aged’s new Sarona wing which Total were delighted to handover recently.

The new 56 bed wing is home to two large communal living and dining areas and four levels of spacious bedrooms as well as large outdoor decks. The construction of a new cafe for the residents and their families to enjoy will complete works and is currently underway.

Our team is thoroughly enjoying working with the client, TTHA, and architects DCA Design – and looking forward to handing over a facility that the residents feel at home in.

TTHA provides care services to people from all cultures and specialises in supporting people from multicultural backgrounds. They are dedicated to creating a home which is safe, caring and friendly, while providing the opportunities and environment to enable their community to flourish as they enjoy their later years.
