Total Construction started from a tiny office in Wetherill Park in 1994. Since then we have grown to employ more than 150 staff in three States. We’ve also delivered close to $1.5billion worth of projects Australia-wide.
We employ people with passion, give them leadership, believe in them, and have great systems in place that ensure predictably outstanding outcomes. Every time.
Over the years, we have fine-tuned our strategy to focus on the market segments to which we can add the most value, including health and aged care, industrial and commercial, food and beverage, energy and infrastructure, airports, education and childcare, and fit-outs and refurbishments.
A major part of our success is our ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. 80% percent of our work is actually repeat business. For example, since 1994 we have successfully delivered more than 60 projects for Kennards Self Storage and Kennards Hire.
We are also proud to say that our team includes generations of people from the same families. Many of these people are older employees who bring tremendous experience and stability to the business. In fact, in 2004 Business Review Weekly ran a story about the advantages of employing an older workface and interviewed our Managing Director, Steve Taylor, for the story.
