Today was another special day for Total Construction.
Contracts were signed and exchanged by Steve Taylor (MD, Total) & Paul Smith (CEO KOPWA), to construct a new 102 bed Aged Care Facility located in Roseville NSW.
The project is a staged redevelopment of the existing aged care facility. The entire project involves replacing the existing nursing home with a new 102 bed Residential Aged Care Facility.
The project will be delivered over 2 stages and will continue to be fully operational throughout the construction process. On completion of the first stage, the residents will be moved into the new building to allow for demolition of the existing facility and construction of the second building.
We also had (L-R) Mark Varnam (Construction Manager total), Luigi Giordano (Project Director Total), Jeff Jones (CEO Total), Daiana Plassan (Project Manager Midson Group) and Stuart Quirk (NSW Design Operations Manager Total) attend the Contract Signing. The Project value is $35 million, and we are all excited to be part of this project.
