VISION BUILD WORKSHOP WATSONS BAY 2019

We experienced two amazing days in Watsons Bay NSW for our Vision Build Workshop held on September 5^th & 6^th.

This workshop was dedicated to setting Total’s vision and values for the next 5 years.

Staff from all states attended the workshop and it was facilitated by Jeremy de Constantin.

Key discussions took place on Total’s key sectors and we all collaborated with setting goals within each sector for the next 5 years as we strive to grow our business further.

We believe that by Total setting values and building the vision for years ahead, will strengthen our brand and create a positive culture for our staff, existing and future clientele.
