THE NATIONAL PATHWAY PROGRAM AWARD GOES TO RAMI MEZHER

The 2018/19 National Pathway Program Award goes to Rami Mezher. Congratulations from all of us.

Pam Fraser, on behalf of her late husband Paul Fraser, joined on Friday evening to present Rami Mezher with the 2019 Pathway Program Award.

Paul Fraser, a former employee of Total Construction, is the inspiration behind what we call today the Total Construction Pathway Program. He was our Business Development Manager. He pointed us towards aged care and introduced us to people in the food and beverage division. A saying of Paul which still today stays close to our hearts is “we need to train the young ones”. He believed and was passionate in training the next generation.

The Total Construction Pathway Program gives university students an opportunity to gain practical work experience while studying. Our Pathway Program consists of 10 modules and aims to give the participating students/recent graduates an understanding of various roles and responsibilities within the company as well as an appreciation of Total Constructions culture, people and our values.

Rami commenced working at Total in September 2017. He spent the first 6 months in Estimating and then was based on site. Over the last year Rami has been a valuable team member on the Our Lady of China Toongabbie project where he has been assisting the team with various contract administration and site supervision tasks.

During this time Rami has managed to maintain excellent results at university and has graduated from his Construction Management degree in April, with 1st class honours!

Now is a great time to join us. Click the link to learn more and how to join our program https://totalconstruction.com.au/working-at-total
