Project Description

TOTAL has been working with Alpha Flight Services for over eleven years and has delivered 5 projects to date nationally.

Specifically for the Melbourne Tullamarine site, the scope included the fit out of a 10,000m2 warehouse incorporating halal and non-halal commercial kitchens, a bakery, cool rooms/freezers and extensive racking. We fitted out a new office space which included a top of the range display kitchen for Alpha Flight Services to present their seasonal dishes to new and existing clients. The design included the production of 4 blast chillers with the capacity to process 8 trolleys each at one time.
