When Total started back in 1994, most of the construction projects were based around industrial projects. We became the go-to construction company and well known throughout the industry. It would be only a matter of time before we would dominate other industries such as health and aged care.
As we embraced the opportunity over the years, Total continued to focus on delivering aged care projects. With 15 years’ experience in the industry, we knew a major part of our success was due to our ability to form and maintain long-term relationships.
Our group has completed over 60 projects of work in excess of $500M of construction value. This specialisation has enabled Total to develop an impressive high retention rate of clients. Total has dedicated divisions for both new build and existing facility refurbishment.
Currently in construction we have various aged care projects including the Edensor Gardens Aged Care facility, a project value of $40M. We invite you to watch a quick video and preview the quality work at the Southern Cross Care in Victoria, Capella Bay in QLD and Beverley Park in NSW on our LinkedIn Page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/total-construction-p-l
