We’re proud to have nominated our Heathcote Health project in the Master Builders Victoria Northern Regions Awards. The team behind the Heathcote Health project was pleased to attend the Master Builders Victoria Northern Regions Awards Gala Dinner last week, joined by project superintendent Neicia Shaw.
We were honoured to receive a Special Commendation for Excellence in Construction of a Commercial Building Under $5 Million, recognising the commitment, craftsmanship and collaborative effort that went into delivering this important community project.
The Special Commendation is a significant achievement and reflects the high standard of work delivered throughout the construction process.
The Heathcote Health Project involved the delivery of a new Community Health Hub as well as an extension to the existing aged care facility. Throughout the project, the team consistently overcame challenges, found practical solutions and maintained momentum to ensure a high-quality outcome for the client and community.
This recognition highlights not only the quality of the finished project, but also the teamwork, dedication and professionalism demonstrated at every stage of delivery.
Congratulations to the entire team on this well-deserved recognition and for delivering a project that will provide lasting benefits to the Heathcote community for years to come.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
