Woolworths Metro Mosman
We proudly present the successful delivery of the Woolworths Metro Mosman project. Doors opened for trade, unveiling the stunning preservation of the historical features, revitalising the six heritage listed shops. Breathing warmth and new life into these spaces whilst conserving the essence of Mosman heritage, the mini-supermarket is seamlessly integrated within the prestigious village shopping precinct. Stocked with groceries and gourmet delights, offering a unique shopping experience for locals in one of Sydney’s most affluent suburbs.
To achieve the project objectives TOTAL completed the partial demolition and redevelopment of the existing buildings, retained and rehabilitated the existing heritage façade and constructed the 20 space car park, loading dock area, 520m2 supermarket ground floor ready for fit out, general office, staff kitchen and produce preparation area.
As part of the Greenstar environmental sustainability score sheet, we incorporated innovations such as reusing demolition bricks for the recycled brick veneer façade, reusing roof tiles, timber windows frames, timber architraves, existing structures and pavers.
Special acknowledgement to TOTAL’s Project Manager Anthony Chidiac and our team for their dedication to project which was safely and efficiently delivered on time.
We extend our thanks to the teams and individuals who we partnered and collaborated with to bring this project to life, especially:
