Master Builders Queensland Award win!
It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
Our first of many collaborations with StoreLocal, this four-story, cutting-edge facility offers an array of services including co-working spaces, interactive customer service kiosk and spacious storage units suitable for larger equipment.
Our dedicated team collaborated with StoreLocal throughout the design and construction to optimise the net lettable space area, increasing storage unit capacity without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
Congratulations to StoreLocal, our project team lead by Jeremy Mckenzie and Steve OConnor, and all the consultants and subcontractors on delivering this award winning project. It is undoubtedly an incredible project that underscores the strength of our team, partnerships, and TOTAL’s Self Storage expertise.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
