Project Update | Concrete Pours Commenced at Angel Storage Lidcombe
Concrete pours are officially underway at Angel Storage Lidcombe – marking a milestone on this brand new 6-storey self storage facility located on busy Parramatta Rd.
The team have been focused on all inground services, ground floor footings and blockwork retaining walls in preparation for the ground floor slab pours.
Lift and stair cores have been constructed to the underside of Level 1, ready for connection of the post-tensioned suspended slabs. The project’s suspended OSD tank base, designed to manage stormwater runoff, has also been poured, with the lid to be captured within the first level 1 pour.
The pour cycle for each floor will be over a 15-day duration, with floor areas up to 2500m2 being poured.
