Project Completion | Swift Storage, Plainland
Total Construction’s Queensland team has completed a new 3-building, single-storey, 3,300m2 self storage facility for Swift Storage, following successful delivery of their Torrington development in 2025.
The facility was constructed with a concrete slab on screw piers, light steel framing, perimeter tilt-up panels, and finished with a Colorbond façade.
The team overcame several site challenges including incorrect soil classification, requiring redesigns and proactive management to avoid delays and additional costs.
The result is a high quality, clean and durable self storage facility. Read more about the project on the Project Page.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
