Total Construction has recently delivered the new 3-level self storage development spanning 8,867m2 for StoreLocal.
The project evolved significantly through its life cycle, requiring close collaboration with the client to value manage and refine the design.
Construction was impacted by ongoing authority delays which placed pressure on the program. However, these delays were proactively managed with strong communication and coordination from the team.
Well done to the Victoria team on delivering a high-quality facility which exceeded client expectations.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
