Delivery of a New Self Storage Facility for USSFM
Total Construction is thrilled to announce we have completed the design and construction of a new Storage King facility in Lawnton, QLD.
The brand new three-storey facility houses 434 new storage units along with an office, customer showroom and hardstand car park.
The building features steel cladding, post tensioned slabs, and blockwork lift and stair shafts. An internal driveway was integrated into the design, offering customers superior direct access to their units as well as improving security and easing congestion at entry and exit points.
The team diligently navigated the challenges of working alongside busy road and rail infrastructure, including implementation of a strong traffic management strategy and ongoing coordination with local authorities and rail operators.
Safety was a standout on this project. Routine safety checks consistently reported no issues, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safety from the team.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
