Project Completion | Campbellfield Hardstand
Total Special Projects has successfully delivered a two-stage design and construction hardstand project for Centennial in Campbellfield VIC.
Stage 1 involved finalising design and securing permits for a 4,000m² cement-treated crushed rock hardstand to support truck movements and parking. Works also included new concrete areas, demolition of precast panels to create access points, a new roller door for deliveries and a 340m² structural steel awning at the rear of the factory.
Stage 2 involved the installation of a new fire sprinkler system, alongside upgrades to fire brigade access including the installation of a new fire tank and a prefabricated pump house.
The facility remained fully operational throughout works, with Centurion maintaining constant freight movements – a key factor in our staged planning and delivery approach.
Another example of smart, efficient project delivery by the Total Construction team – Mathew Cripps, Adrian Ng, Josh George and Clayton Mullett.
