National Safety Award – Recognising outstanding commitment to workplace safety, innovation, and best practices in the construction industry. This year’s award goes to our BK1 Data Centre Victoria project team, who demonstrated exceptional dedication to stringent safety protocols while working with a global tech company. The client acknowledged that this project was delivered to the highest safety standards they had ever experienced—a testament to the team’s vigilance and commitment.
Bill Franks Quality Award – Honouring exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to the highest construction standards. This year’s award goes to our StoreLocal Berrinba Queensland project team for their outstanding commitment to quality, strict adherence to processes, effective defect management, high client satisfaction, and the superior standard of their finished work. This project also won the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane), further cementing its exceptional quality.
Paul Fraser Cadet of the Year – Recognises the exceptional efforts of a Cadet who has demonstrated extraordinary dedication and potential. Stephen Grady, who joined the Queensland team in 2023 while completing a double degree, has been recognised for his dedication, proactive approach, strong relationships, and leadership, earning him the title of Cadet of the Year.
Core Values Award – Celebrating individuals who embody our core values, setting a benchmark for excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. Congratulations to Nathan Blanck, Design Manager QLD, for the Ingenuity Award; Sam Nagul, Group Commercial Manager, for the Mentorship Award; Bek Parker, Business Development Coordinator VIC, for the Collaboration Award; Fernando Machado, Project Manager NSW, for the Accountability Award; Mary Duran, Accounts Payable Manager, for the Respect Award; and David Browne, Site Manager QLD, for the Integrity Award.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
