Project Specifications
Total Special Projects has been awarded a Design + Construction contract for the fit out of an office for real estate agents Jellis Craig.
The scope briefly comprises the fit out of an existing office with complementary finishes to the existing industrial environment:
> New doors and internal glazing.
> New carpet and vinyl throughout.
> New tiling to wet areas.
> Painting.
> Extensive joinery including a new kitchen, reception desk, credenzas and vanities.
> Supply and installation of white goods – dishwasher, microwave, fridge and several TVs.
> Supply and installation of specified soft furnishings.
> Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services upgrades; and
> External signage.
Project Contact
Guy has a wealth of experience within the construction industry. With roles as Design Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and General Manager, he has successfully completed many projects over the 22 years in the industry. His project portfolio includes sectors such as health, commercial, industrial and residential – new constructions, refurbishments and fit outs. Guy’s strength is his strong collaborative skills, and ability to bring the best out of people and a project.
