Tenancy split and Fit Out works

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Total Special Projects has been engaged to complete a tenancy split and Fit Out works to Level 2 of 55, Southbank Boulevard.

Our team is working out of standard business hours to build the new internal acoustic tenancy wall to ensure the existing tenant is not disturbed during normal working hours. We will also be splitting mechanical and electrical services to new electrical meters.

We have also been engaged to Design and Construct a bespoke Fit Out, providing a new meeting room, reception and kitchen and the supply and installation of the office furniture.

To aid in the visualisation for the client, we have a produced a 3D render.

The project is currently under construction.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

Whilst we are experienced at delivering projects in these environments, safety can never take a back seat. Ensuring the protection of tenants in the neighbouring suite is paramount at all times.
