Our dedicated team worked closely with StoreLocal to optimise the floor space and expand the net lettable area, increasing storage unit capacity without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
Despite challenges like the sloping terrain, we developed innovative solutions and applied meticulous planning to ensure smooth progress. This included detailed lift studies for optimal crane placement, strategic concrete pump positioning to navigate space constraints and innovative traffic management strategies to minimise cost and disruptions. Further to this, the decision to switch from a precast façade to Askin Volcore panels during the design phase also facilitated an efficient and safer construction process.
StoreLocal Berrinba emerges as Australia’s largest remotely managed and monitored storage facility. All doors and access points are monitored and controlled by Nokē One locking system, enabling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access and security for their self-storage customers.
