Construction Update - StorHub's Latest Development in Miranda
The team is making fantastic progress at StorHub’s brand new self storage facility in Miranda, NSW.
Awarded as a Design & Construct contract after an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, the development features two four-storey buildings, spanning an area of 12,600m².
The completed project will one of the largest self storage facilities we have built to date.
With the concrete structure and roof sheeting now complete, the team have started on the external cladding and internal fit-out of the storage units.
We’re thrilled to be partnering with StorHub to deliver this brand new self storage facility in Sydney. Stay tuned for further updates.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
