New Project | Storage King St. Albans
We’ve captured aerial views of the construction works underway at Storage King St. Albans, where Total Construction will be delivering a state-of-the-art self storage facility for Abacus Storage King (ASK).
The team will complete the design and construction of a two-level and four-level building, as well as ground floor office space and associated car parking.
Sustainability is a key focus, with the facility to include an inground water tank with a reuse pump system allowing captured water to be recycled.
Onsite, the team has established the site compound, completed the bulk of cut and fill earthworks, and commenced excavation for Ranch 2 Footings and the main building.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
