New Project | Rocklea Remedial Works
Roof remediation and reconstruction works are progressing smoothly at this industrial facility in Rocklea QLD, with the Total Construction team well underway on a full rectification of storm-related damage.
Our scope includes:
- Replacement of corroded structural steel, roof sheeting and supporting elements
- Reinstation of compliant roof access systems
- Minor civil remediation with new screw-piled foundations
- Temporary disconnection and reinstatement of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services
Once complete, this future-focused facility will feature new translucent sheeting, gutters and downpipes, delivering improved durability and long-term compliance.
Innovation is a key driver on this project, with offshore steel fabrication delivering significant cost and time efficiencies, and an optimised shop-drawing workflow that reduces rework and streamlines coordination across all disciplines.
This $1.6M upgrade is on track for completion in February 2026.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
