Kennards Self Storage is expanding their portfolio of mixed-use assets with the redevelopment of their 14,300m² Craigieburn site into a dynamic retail destination. This exciting project will welcome major retailers, including Total Tools, BCF, Officeworks, and Totally Workwear, along with the much-loved Guzman y Gomez.
Kennards already operates a 9,000m² two-level self-storage facility next door—one of its largest—offering 12,500m² of rentable space and over 1,300 storage units.
With works underway, Total Construction’s specialised retail team are bringing their expertise to revitalise this key precinct for Melbourne’s northern community, delivering a high-quality retail destination set to open later this year.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
