New Project | Kennards Hire Upgrades, Clayton
The Total Special Projects (TSP) team in Victoria has been engaged by Keneco to deliver upgrades to the Kennards Hire distribution centre in Clayton.
The project will deliver improvements designed to enhance site functionality, accessibility and customer experience, including:
- Refurbishment of the existing office building to enhance office amenities and new lunchroom facilities.
- Key site upgrades including improved disability access and a refreshed front façade.
- Construction of two new Kennards Hire Services washbays with associated electrical installations.
- Delivery of new access ramps and civil pavements.
- Updated site signage to improve overall functionality and presentation.
These upgrades will help support Kennards Hire’s commitment to delivering a premium experience for customers, while improving the site operations.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
