New Project | Baker Bleu Artarmon Production Facility
We’re pleased to announce that we have been awarded the delivery of the new Baker Bleu Artarmon Production Facility, a purpose-built bakery manufacturing facility on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
The project will transform an existing warehouse into a modern food-grade production facility, supporting the continued growth of Baker Bleu across NSW.
The project scope includes:
- Full fitout of a commercial bakery manufacturing facility
- Dedicated bread and pastry production areas
- Installation and relocation of specialised bakery equipment from Melbourne
- Cool rooms, freezers and proofing facilities
- Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services upgrades
- Staff amenities, storage and dispatch areas
Baker Bleu has earned a loyal following across Melbourne and Sydney, supplying artisan breads and pastries to its own stores as well as leading cafés and restaurants. This new facility represents an exciting next step in supporting the company’s NSW expansion plans.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
