Total Construction Relocates to a New Office in Melbourne’s Iconic Rosella House

Total Construction has moved into a new, modern 460sqm office within Melbourne’s iconic Rosella House, a hub for leading design and engineering companies.

“Our new, larger, and well-designed office reflects Total Construction’s commitment to Victoria, enabling our growing team to collaborate efficiently with clients on innovative projects,” said Guy Finnis, General Manager (VIC) at Total Construction.

Total Construction first established its Melbourne presence in 1999 with a small office in East Melbourne and a team of just 2 members. The company’s inaugural project was the design and construction of Kennards Self-Storage in Mitcham.

Today, Total Construction has expanded to a team of over 50 in Melbourne, delivering projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Food & Beverage, Self-Storage, Aged Care, and Refurbishment & Fitout sectors.

“This move marks an exciting new chapter for us and reflects our ongoing growth in the state,” Finnis added.

Our new office is located at Tenancy 1, Level 2, 6 Palmer Parade, Cremorne VIC 3121.
