Celebrating Excellence at Total Construction

At this year’s Total Construction National Excellence Awards, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible talent within our team.

Striving for excellence is at the heart of everything we do. The dedication and passion of our team members allows us not only to deliver value and quality to our clients, but contributes to our purpose of making a positive difference to people’s lives through excellence in construction.

Congratulations to the following award winners. Your hard work and passion does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate the value you bring to Total Construction.

Safety Award

As always, safety comes first. The Safety Award goes to the project completed in the past year that scores the highest on metrics including attitude to Workplace Health and Safety, BMS process adherence, Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR), Medical Treatment Injury Frequency Rate (MTIFR), and client satisfaction including CPR safety ratings.

This year, the Safety Award goes to the Kennards Self Storage Guildford NSW project!

Congratulations to Project Manager Fernando Machado, Contracts Administrator Nigel Deng, Contracts Administrator John Melia and Site Manager Chadi Ghafary.

Bill Franks Quality Award

The National Quality Award is named after our co-founder and director, Bill Franks, for his passion for continuously improving quality standards.

Projects are scored against a number of metrics including attitude to quality, BMS and CPR process adherence, defect management process adherence, defects at handover, and quality of the finished works.

This year’s Quality Award goes Peters in Mulgrave, VIC!

Well done to the project team – Construction Manager Lou Cardamone, Site Manager Nathan Humphrey, Contracts Administrator Andres Huertas, Project Coordinator Chao Liu, HSE Coordinator Clayton Mullett, Site Foreman David Zorzanello, and Quality Manager Brett Storen.
