With the finishing touches now complete and residents having settled in, it is our delight to introduce you to mecwacare’s Simon Price Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Mont Albert, Victoria.
This $31 million development replaced the original 1970’s building with a luxurious 100-bed home.
With premium interior and exterior finishes, facilities include public and retail spaces designed for residents and their guests to enjoy such as a cinema, wine bar, library, well-being salon, light-filled dining areas, spacious bedrooms and suites with balconies offering beautiful views across Melbourne.
Consistent collaboration with our project partners and client mecwacare has resulted in the construction and delivery of an exceptional project that is bound to make a positive difference for residents who call this centre home.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
