Total Construction has received a Master Builders Award for our Assisi Apartments at Crowley retirement living project in Ballina, NSW!
Total Construction was awarded first place at the Northern Regions Excellence in Building Awards in the Aged Care / Lifestyle Over 55’s category for projects over $20 million.
The Assisi Apartments at Crowley is a two-storey retirement living development, comprising 26 self-contained apartments across two buildings. Designed to support independent living, it integrates internal parking, communal areas, and essential support services.
The Assisi Apartments exemplifies excellence in retirement living delivery through thoughtful design, superior construction quality, and strong community focus.
This recognition is a testament to the strong collaboration with the client and project partners, banded together by a shared vision of making a positive difference in people’s lives.
It was a privilege to celebrate our shared success with both client and architect joining us at the Gala Awards night, demonstrating the strong collaboration and mutual respect that developed over the course of the project.

It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
