Groundbreaking | Angel Storage Lidcombe
Total Construction celebrated the groundbreaking of an exciting new self storage facility for Angel Storage in Lidcombe.
Following the successful completion of Angel Storage’s first Lidcombe facility in 2021, Total Construction has been awarded the contract to design and deliver a second building onsite. The new building will boast an additional area of 16,573m² across 5 levels.
Our Pre-Construction team has diligently navigated the complexities of this project, satisfying over 111 authority and Construction Certificate 1 requirements, which included developing a comprehensive flood mitigation strategy.
After navigating challenging development approvals, fine tuning design and driving value engineering, we’re excited to be commencing construction onsite.
Our relationships with Angel Storage and Vertex Project Management are built on a solid foundation of trust, collaboration and mutual respect. The design complexity of this project wouldn’t have been achieved without the strong collaboration and agility of the teams.

This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
