We want to take a moment to recognise and celebrate the incredible women who contribute to the success, safety, excellence and culture of Total Construction.
The women of Total Construction attended International Women’s Day events in their respective states. The NSW team attended the Business Chicks International Women’s Day Lunch. They were privileged to hear from Jacinda Ardern and her experience as the New Zealand Prime Minister. The Victoria team attended NAWIC’s International Women’s Day High Tea in Melbourne and heard from a number of inspiring female leaders in the construction industry. Our Queensland team are excited to attend NAWIC’s International Women’s Day Lunch in Brisbane.
This year’s official theme is “Balance the Scales.” It’s a powerful reminder that equality means ensuring fairness, inclusion, and equitable opportunities — not just in words, but in actions. Balance the Scales calls on all of us to reflect on how we can support justice and fairness in our workspaces, on our sites, in our communities, and beyond.

We proudly present the successful delivery of the Woolworths Metro Mosman project. Doors opened for trade, unveiling the stunning preservation of the historical features, revitalising the six heritage listed shops.
It was all celebrations last Friday night, as TOTAL Queensland came away with the prestigious Master Builders Queensland Award in the category of Commercial/Industrial Building ($15-30m Brisbane) for our impressive StoreLocal Berrinba Self Storage project.
This past Sunday, TOTAL team members, along with their family and friends, came together at community locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to participate in Australia’s largest tree planting and nature care event: Planet Ark’s National Tree Day.
