Championing Women in the Construction Industry

We’d like to congratulate three exceptional women from Total Construction – Nikki, Sam and Bella – on their acceptance into the 500 Women in Property program!

The Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property program is designed to accelerate women in the property industry into leadership positions through professional development and networking opportunities.

Nicola Wall is an Apprentice Carpenter in our NSW team. Nikki engages in small works and maintenance to ensure our projects are defect-free and meet the expected high standards of quality.

Bella Reynolds is a Senior Estimator in our VIC team. Bella works closely with the project and pre-construction teams to prepare cost plans, feasibility studies and detailed tenders.

Sam Nagul began as a Cadet at Total Construction and is now Group Commercial Manager based in our VIC office. Sam oversees the commercial management of projects nationally, including head contract and sub-contract management and compliance, financial reporting and risk mitigation.

Mentorship is one of our core values at Total Construction. These women have been sponsored by leaders at Total Construction who have dedicated their time to mentoring and advocating for their career development.

Thank you for your valued contribution to Total Construction, and we look forward to seeing you continue to grow in your careers!
