Food court refurbishment at Stockland Wetherill Park Shopping centre
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Total Construction was chosen to do this refurbishment at the Stockland Mall at Wetherill Park in Sydney’s western suburbs due to our demonstrated ability to deliver projects within very tight schedules.
The project required a reconfigured food court to accommodate a new kiosk as well as increasing capacity with additional customised tables and seating.
Some existing furniture was refurbished and terrazzo tiled floors were replaced in staged operations.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
The demanding aspect of the contract was that all existing food outlets had to remain trading without interruption and the work had to be completed before the traditional Christmas shopping period.
