Project Description
Design + Construction of an office Fit Out.
Total Special Projects delivered the Design + Construction of a fit out of a brand new office for real estate agents Jellis Craig under an incredibly tight timeframe.
The scope comprised complementary finishes to the industrial environment along with:
- New doors and internal glazing;
- New carpet and sealed concrete flooring throughout;
- New tiling to wet areas;
- Painting;
- Extensive joinery including a new kitchen, reception desk, credenzas and vanities;
- Supply and installation of white goods – dishwasher, microwave, fridge and several TVs;
- Supply and installation of specified soft furnishings; and
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services upgrades.
Overcoming Challenges
With the Building Permit issued 5 weeks late on an 8 week program the team worked tirelessly to deliver the program on time which they achieved, handing over to the client ahead of their planned official opening.
Soft furnishings, furniture and fittings were purchased in advance to minimise further delay.
