Broadway Shopping Centre Bathroom Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the existing Level 2 amenities.

TOTAL was contracted to refurbish the existing level 2 amenities at Broadway Shopping Centre in Ultimo. The project involved a full strip out of the existing bathrooms and fit out with new high-level finishes including custom vanity mirrors, Italian stone tiles and Akril wall paneling. The opportunity was offered to TOTAL through Codicote for Mirvac Limited.

The project was completed within a live shopping centre environment which presented a few specific challenges.

The demolition and noisy works were completed out of hours and in coordination with the Hoyts movie schedule.

TOTAL contracted the base building cleaner to ensure the common spaces were left spotless every morning. Deliveries were planned within specific windows and ample notice was offered to the security team at Broadway. These key live environment strategies coupled with a friendly experienced site manager resulted in a very successful project.
