The delivery of basement level End of Trip Facilities (EOTF) and stage 2 of the foyer refurbishment.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Total Special Projects was awarded the contract for the delivery of
basement level End of Trip Facilities (EOTF) and stage 2 of the foyer refurbishment at a prestigious office building in the heart of Southbank Boulevard.

The End of Trip Facilities scope included for the provision of 4 unisex showers and one WC with a modern finish and the provision of GHD hair dryers.

We also installed 14 lockers as well as secure storage for 45 bikes and a bike maintenance station.

Works included demolition of existing concrete to all for the installation of services and showers. The foyer refurbishment included for new feature lighting and building signage to give the building a more visible entrance from the street. We also completed some minor renovations to the existing walls and timber panelling wall art.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

To ensure minimal disruption to the tenants throughout the building, works were delivered in and outside of standard business hours as the scope dictated.
