Scope of Work
The construction of a 100-bed aged care facility split into 2 stages.
STAGE 1
Construction of 4 level Aged Care Home from Ground Floor slab
Ensure no impact to ongoing operation of existing Simon Price Centre.
Lower Ground car park and services, including construction of Commercial Kitchen and
Laundry and ancillary functions at Lower ground Level.
2 levels - comprising 16 Resident rooms and Living areas to each level.
Level 3 – comprising 7 Residential Suites and Living areas
Level 4 – Staff, Services core and Plant area slab to accept all services.
At the completion of Stage 1 all Residents are to be decanted to the new Building
STAGE 2
Demolition of existing Simon Price Centre
Construction of 3 level aged care home from ground floor.
Ground floor Public and services amenities
Ground floor - comprising 19 Resident rooms and Living areas.
First floor - comprising 27 resident rooms and Living areas.
Level 3 - comprising 15 Residential Suites and Living areas.
Level 4 - Balance of Staff, Services core.
Roof and fire rated structure, including plant access and Solar array.
