Bill is a founding shareholder of Total Construction as well as the principal of W. H Franks Constructions Pty Ltd. As a registered builder and Member of the Australian Institute of Building, Bill ensures our compliance with the Building Code of Australia regulations. He has a carpentry trade background and is a licensed building practitioner in NSW, ACT, SA, QLD, WA and VIC. He has more than 30 years of experience in the building industry across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
