Tenancy split and Fit Out works

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Total Special Projects completed a bespoke tenancy fit out on behalf of Hume Partners Property for a private client at 55, Southbank Boulevard, Southbank.

The scope comprised a tenancy division, creating 235m2 of office space to be fitted out. We set up new mechanical and electrical metering to supply the newly created tenancy and installed new acoustic partition walls.

We also constructed a new frameless glass front entry (the client will retrofit a security systems) and glazed boardroom.

Works also included the supply and installation of all office furniture and fittings, painting, new lighting throughout and the refurbishment of ceiling and floor tiles. On completion of works, we performed a full steam and deep clean ready for the tenants to move in.

Works were completed in just under 4 weeks.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

Whilst we are experienced  at delivering projects in these environments, it is paramount that we keep the surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times for neighbouring tenants. Our aim is always to manage noise so parts of this scope were completed outside of office hours.
