Construction of a new 3-storey Junior School.

Total Construction was awarded the contract to demolish the existing cluster of buildings forming the Junior school and construct a new three-storey building at PLC Croydon.

The new building is located towards the edge of the campus, providing a buffer to the external streets, while maximising internal use of the gardens internally to the North.

In addition to the 12 general learning classrooms, two specialist classrooms were constructed with access to external learning spaces.

Other facilities include a 200-pax tiered hall, terraces, forecourts and breakout spaces. The integrated gatehouse building accommodates the school administration, reception, and office and breakout facilities for the Junior-school staff.
