Office expansion and fit out works
Mimecast is an existing tenant of Level 3/55 Southbank Boulevard in Melbourne’s CBD, who is rapidly expanding.
To create additional space, the Special Project team will be refurbishing their existing kitchen facilities on Level 3, providing new joinery and timber flooring and dismantling existing operable and glazed walls to create a new dining room and accommodation for 20 new workstations.
The team will be fitting out Level 5 for Mimecast with new conference and meeting room facilities. New electrical and data cabling will be installed between Levels 3 and 5.
To minimise disruption to Mimecast’s operations, all works will be performed out of hours.
We will ensure that all waste materials are disposed of correctly, and communal areas kept clean and tidy at all times.
Originally from a financial executive perspective and now as CEO, Jeff has broad industry experience across the construction, engineering and property development market segments. Leveraging his skills obtained from becoming a Chartered Accountant and completing an MBA, Jeff is responsible for the leadership and operational performance management of the company within the strategy and business plan agreed by the Board.
