Level 5 Lobby and Tenancy alterations
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Total Special Projects completed the demolition and base build to this Level 5 foyer and tenancy at a prestigious office tower in the heart of the urban neighbourhood of Southbank.
Our team removed existing acoustic and glass partitions, floor finishes, altering the foyer area and the northern tenancy. Sprinkler services, vents and emergency lighting had to be relocated to suit the new floor plan.
We have installed new lights and ceiling tiles to refresh the new northern tenancy for the future tenants of the property.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
To provide a separate authority meter for this new tenancy meant considerable negotiations with the supply authority to enable the upgrade of the existing switchboards.
Like any other project completed within a live environment, all communal areas were kept clean and tidy during the works and the timings of delivery of materials had to be well coordinated.
