Upgrade of existing fire services at a multi-dwelling building


Total will be delivering the upgrade of existing fire services at a multi-dwelling building in Toorak. The upgrade will deliver a fire engineered wet and dry sprinkler system to meet compliance standards.

The site comprises 18 apartments over 3 levels, including basement car parking.

We will be delivering the upgrade within a reasonably tight program, which is exacerbated by only being able to access apartments at certain times depending on the owners/tenants preferences.

The scope involves the installation of a new fire sprinkler system across all apartments and common areas, a fire detection and warning system, smoke detectors, building works including painting and the provision of new car park doors and handrails.


Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of residents will be our primary focus, along with completing the works as unobtrusively as possible. Close liaison with residents and the client will be crucial to the successfully delivery of this project.
